Day 30...the last day of the Stache

Well here we are, Day 30 of Movember, the last day of the stache. It's been a lot fun having this cool, Magnum like mustache. I was able bring in a total of $395.00 and a lot of laughs as well. Two quick observations: Kids love mustaches. Women for the most part don't. For the final time here is my pic, a long with the man who inspired my stache: Magnum not magnum And here is a drawing my neice did of her Uncle T with a stache: Cheers and thanks to everyone who donated!

2 days left!

It's down to the last 2 days of my Magnum 'stache. It's looking pretty colourful, a little gray, a little brown, a little red.... Here's another wonderful pic: nice 'stache! As always, I invite you to support me by donating to me  http://www.movember.com/m/ 1680096 Cheers, Travis

Day 28 -Movember 'Stache

In the home stretch now. I'm going to miss my little furry friend. We've been through a lot over the last month. Oh well, its been great, I have raised almost $400 so far and definitely have raised awareness. Pic from Day 25

I took this lovely pic while my wife was driving us to London. Best part of this drive was that I used my iPhone as a hotspot to connect to my iPad so that I could stream the LSU - Arkansas game. Awesome! Gotta love technology. No it's not Magnum, it's me! On the saturday I went to my little nephew Xavier "the Honey Badgers" 1st BDay celebration. Wow, it felt so great to have so many people tell me how much I looked like Magnum with the 'stache! Hey there, Yep it's day 22 of Movember and I guess I have missed few days of photos. Oh well.  It's hard work having a mustache. I have to admit that I'm really noticing the 'stache more and more each day. The worst part is that I can now see it out of my peripheral, totally weird! It is really cool that little kids are laughing at me though, I love it! Nice Mustache, who do you think you are? Magnum? 17 Baby!

Oh yeah! Here's a quick pic..just want to show off the 'Stache. Off to play some Hockey and the 'Stache gives me a real 70's look to go with my 70's style of play. HAHA nice pic! As always, I invite you to support me by donating to me  http://www.movember.com/m/ 1680096 Cheers, Travis

Day 16 - Trav's 'Stache news

Rode my bike to work today and my 'stache kept my upper lip nice and warm. Sounds like most people I talk to will be glad to shave off their 'stache when the month is over. Oh well, I feel the same, but I'm having fun with it! Hey guess what? Yep, I have a picture for you: As always, I invite you to support me by donating to me  http://www.movember.com/m/ 1680096 Cheers, Travis

Day 15! Half way 'Stache

Yes, it's day 15 of the Movember 'stache and I must say I've been some great feedback on it. One of my daughter's day care chums thinks it's really funny, a dude I know said "Magnum" when he saw it and a lots of other Mo Bro's give the head nod or a say "nice 'stache". Here's a look a look at the half way point: I invite you to support me by donating to me  http://www.movember.com/m/ 1680096 Cheers, Travis

Movember - Day 14

It's starting to look a lot like Magnum! Yep, the 'stache is looking good (well that may be a stretch) but the main thing is I have had lots of wonderful people donate to the cause and the awareness has been great as well. As I mentioned earlier, I always wanted to grow a 'stache, well this has changed my mind a little a bit, not sure if I am cut out for a full time 'stache, but I can do 1 month each year, no problem. Day 6 of my Movember Mustache experiment and it's starting to come in. My daughter thinks it looks funny. I have to agree with her. Here it is: the 'stache I'm off to watch my daughter play hockey. Enjoy your Sunday! Cheers! I invite you to support me by donating to me  http://www.movember.com/m/ 1680096

Movember Day 4

I'm loving the 'stache, but still its not quite there yet. Watch out Tom, here I come. Here's a pic for today: Not only am I stoked for my 'stache, I'm stoked for the weekend line up of Godssport. Yep, College Football, this is going be a great weekend of Football. First OU will destroy A+M and then it will be the Honey Badger vs. Bama. Not sure about this one, but have a feeling Bama covers. Have a great Friday and try to change a life today. Cheers! I invite you to support me by donating to me  http://www.movember.com/m/ 1680096 ,

Movember - It's Beginning to look like a 'Stache

Day 3 of Movember and the mustache is starting to grow in. While the 'stache is starting to come, it's not quite a Magnum yet. It's looking pretty dirty right now, but it will be great in a week or so, I guarantee it. The best part of the Movemeber is not the cool mustache though, it's about raising awareness and money for Prostate cancer. This is something that is very important to me and I hope that initiatives like this will help get us closer to finding a cure, in the very least make people aware of the problem and get themselves checked by a Dr. I invite you to support me by donating to me http://www.movember.com/m/ 1680096 I'll have some pictures tomorrow!

Movember

Yes it's Movember and time to grow a 'stache. I have always loved 'staches, but for a number of reasons, never really ever grew one. My goal to come up with something like this: To sponsor: It’s Movember, the month formerly known as November, which is dedicated to growing moustaches and raising awareness and funds for men’s health. I have joined the movement and will be donating my upper lip to the cause for 30 days. My Mo will spark conversations, and no doubt generate some laughs; all in the name of raising vital awareness and funds prostate cancer. Why am I so passionate about men’s health? *On average men live 4-5 years less than women *1 in 7 men will be diagnosed with prostate cancer in their lifetime * 25,500 men will be diagnosed with prostate cancer this year in Canada I invite you to support me by donating to me http://www.movember.com/m/ 1680096 You can even go old school and write a cheque payable to “Movember Canada”, reference my name and Re
